Cute, comfortable, but too much gold

The design is cute, and for the five minutes I wore them around the house they were very comfortable. However, they run narrow. My medium-sized feet were hanging over the sides, so I'm sending them back. Also, I ordered the gold, and make no mistake -- they are gold. I was hoping for a soft golden shade, but this shade is more like cheap gold jewelry.
